CNC Process Engineer – Milling & Turning

Responsibilities:
- Developing and optimizing CNC programs for milling and turning operations, tailored to project specifications. - Selecting appropriate tools and machining strategies to ensure the highest quality and efficiency.

- Overseeing machining processes and collaborating with machine operators to maintain compliance with technical guidelines.

- Analyzing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and minimize production errors.

- Working closely with the production and quality control departments to enhance processes and implement new projects.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming, specifically in milling and turning operations.

- Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems and their practical application.

- Technical knowledge of materials science and cutting tools.

- Strong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities related to machining technologies.

- Familiarity with machining technologies and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

CNC Machine Operator (Milling / Turning)

Responsibilities:

- Operating CNC machines (milling machines or lathes) and setting work parameters according to technical guidelines.

- Conducting quality control checks to ensure compliance with technical documentation.

- Performing measurement inspections and monitoring machine performance to maintain machining precision.

- Collaborating with technologists to optimize production processes.

- Maintaining cleanliness and performing machine and tool maintenance according to established standards.

Requirements:
- Experience in operating CNC machines, particularly milling machines or lathes.
