CNC Lathes

DOOSAN LYNX 2100LSY: A lathe with part-catching functionality, ideal for precision turning of complex geometries. This machine guarantees exceptional repeatability and accuracy, making it a perfect tool for producing components with stringent quality requirements.

 

CNC Swiss-Type Lathes (CITIZEN L32, L32 MULTI X, A20): High-performance Swiss-type lathes designed for fast machining of small components with maximum precision. Ideal for high-volume production of parts with very tight tolerances.

 

GILDEMEISTER CTX400F: A lathe for machining large parts requiring high precision and
superior surface quality. Excellent for manufacturing large-diameter components with
complex geometries.

 

AVIA VMC 800: A universal vertical machining center featuring exceptional structural rigidity and high dynamics. Equipped with precise Heidenhain numerical control, this machine can process parts up to 800x500x500 mm. An optical probe ensures even higher measurement accuracy.

 

AVIA 650: A smaller version of the AVIA VMC 800, with a working space of 650x500x450 mm. This machining center offers excellent precision and efficiency, ideal for smaller parts and
production series.

 

Mikron VC 1000: A CNC milling machine with a fourth-axis drive, enabling versatile machining of high-precision components. The machine features Heidenhain control and spindle cooling, ensuring superior machining quality.

Cold Forging Press: A press designed for mass production of fasteners with a diameter of Ø10 mm and a length of 100 mm. It guarantees high repeatability and precision in the forging process, ensuring excellent product quality in large-scale production.

 

Thread Rolling Machine: A machine for cold forming external threads up to M14 x 2 mm. This tool is ideal for high-volume production of precise threads, ensuring superior quality and
consistency.

Sinker EDM: A machine capable of sinking up to a depth of 100 mm, ideal for precision machining of complex shapes. It guarantees exceptional quality and accuracy in EDM machining.

 

Wire EDM Cutter: A wire cutting machine with a working range of 600x800x300 mm, designed for machining irregularly shaped components. Its high precision allows for the production of intricate parts requiring exceptional accuracy.
